Why were orders unavailable for a while?
NEWBIGBOX-RELEASES is a new small company operating with a newly 

created business PayPal account. Due to the high number of transactions

from pre-orders and orders within just a few hours/days,

 PayPal has temporarily disabled further orders. This is a standard security 

mechanism. 

Is the release legit and authorized?
YES! 

Why is there no official statement from Spytihněv about the HROT Physical Release?
There it is. Check his X Account and HROT STEAM Page.

Why is there only an edition of 150 copies?
Since we are a small company, we can't produce large quantities at once. 

Also, we initially agreed on this quantity with the developer.

Will there be a new batch?
This can't be answered at the moment. However, if it happens, it will of course be communicated.

Why is the shipping cost so high?

Since we (still) don't use a proper e-commerce system, we had to consolidate

 the shipping costs for the EU. Additionally, DHL has increased the prices for 

worldwide shipping (especially to the USA).

I paid with PayPal but haven’t received any confirmation or receipt.
The PayPal confirmation is currently the only available proof of purchase after your order. 

A proper invoice will be sent once shipping begins. 

Before that, we will also re-confirm all shipping addresses.

Why is the price now higher than before?
The price is now higher because the item is no longer a pre-order, it is a regular order now.

Pre-Order customers received a discount as a thank you for their trust. 

I ordered but would like a refund.

or use the contact form. We’ll refund your payment as quickly as possible.

What does it mean when it says "Language: EN / CZ" for the HROT Physical Release?
The game itself is available in English and Czech. The box and manual 

will also include both languages.

Will the HROT Physical Release include the full DRM-free game, 

or just a Steam key or something like that?
It will contain the full DRM-free game (Version 1.3). The game will be installed from the disc 

using a setup installer (similar to GOG games).

Why do we specify that it’s a “pressed CD”?
The disc is a professionally manufactured compact disc (not a burned CD-R).

As this is our very first release, we kindly ask for your patience

 and understanding if everything doesn't run perfectly right away. 

Give us a chance and a bit time to prove ourselves.
